In the Spring 2026 issue of Choir & Organ, we announce Temple Church as Choir & Organ's New Music partners for 2026! Matthew Power meets Director of Music Thomas Allery to explore the choir, commissioned composers and church’s unique sound and legacy.

We meet founder of the London Choral Sinfonia, conductor Michael Waldron who has taken the choir from strength to strength, recording and promoting lesser known repertoire. The Editor also travels to LA to learn about the National Children's Chorus of America and a new vocal arts programme at Compton High School.

Leah Broad's column looks at the avant-garde American composer Miriam Gideon and her contribution to vocal music, and in a new column on organ repertoire, Thomas Allery looks at Renaissance and Baroque music
