TAI Woffinden is building up to his racing return in the spring – and Britain's most decorated rider scoffs at suggestions that he will not be physically or mentally prepared when he takes to the track once again. In this week's edition, the three-time World Champion reveals: "I think what people need to remember is I didn’t see the side that everybody else saw. So when I say it was just another crash, it was just another crash. It’s kind of like not registered in my mental calendar because I was jacked-up on so many meds and strong painkillers and stuff. So for me, it’s like I crashed, I’m talking to the people on the track, I go in the ambulance, go in the helicopter, get airlifted, pass out in the airlift, and then I walk out of the hospital and it’s like rehab, rehab, rehab, rehab. Let’s get better."
