If you've been feeling that the newspapers, magazines and websites that you read don't quite get you - well, that's why we set up Spear's. Spear's has been described by Ben Goldsmith as 'a cross between Forbes and Vanity Fair' - and that's a pretty good place to start.

Spear’s is a multi-award-winning wealth management and luxury lifestyle media brand. Our magazine, which comes out every two months, is read by the most successful people in Britain, from heirs and entrepreneurs on the Sunday Times Rich List to London's top lawyers and bankers.
 Contributors have included HRH The Prince of Wales, entrepreneur Luke Johnson, Anne McElvoy of The Economist and dandy-about-town Nick Foulkes. We regularly cover topics like private banking, innovative philanthropy, the art market and luxury travel, all written for grown-ups.

In this issue, Spear’s unveils its inaugural Power List – our selection of the 100 most influential people in the world of wealth. We have included several billionaires, such as Bernard Arnault and Sir Chris Hohn, though not just ‘because they are rich’. Such choices have been made, as in all cases, because of the influence the people wield. But look beyond these familiar names and you will discover something else. The list also includes the rule-makers, powerbrokers, decision-takers, landowners, connectors and executives. We also help Annabel’s celebrate its 60th anniversary, with Eleanor Doughty setting out to capture the essence of its enduring allure on p60. On the subject of exclusive environments, Edwin Smith paid a visit to Institut auf dem Rosenberg – the most expensive school in the world (p64). Meanwhile, Rory Sachs caught up with members of Patriotic Millionaires UK (p52) and Aisha Alli speaks to Jake Hayman, co-founder of the Progressive Adviser Network. Our regular Briefing section focuses on wealth management, with Ian Douglas dissecting the data from the Spear’s Wealth Management survey, an interview by Alec Marsh with the top brass of multi-family office Stonehage Fleming, and a deep-dive into the world of short-selling by Robert Jackman.
