ADAM Ellis returns to the European Championship series this weekend for the first time since 2023. He will be the only British rider in the tournament after being handed a wild card berth and is anticipating some hot competition: “The line-up is pretty stacked. I think since they’ve had the rule that the winner gets a GP spot, all of a sudden everyone seems to want to do it! So they aren’t going to be easy meetings and in all honesty, I think the first one will probably be the toughest for me. I’ve never been to Zielona Gora before. I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a hard line-up but this is where I want to be racing and I’m happy to be in it.”
